Chumbe Island: An Eco-Paradise in Zanzibar

At low tide, Chumbe Island looked like a perfect fantasy: dazzling white sand, clear blue water and coral reefs. We waded from the boat to the beach, passing dozens of starfish. A member of the resort staff was there to welcome us.
